Paying homage to Los Angeles as a street art capital, while acknowledging urban art’s global influence, the festival will present multi-faceted forms of urban art.  Programming will unfold into a moving environment of curated exhibitions, live painting, outdoor installations, music, food, vendors, dance,  performance,  and other
